The project TECCN (Territorial Cultural Networks for Citizens) is devoted to the building of a commune framework for the local cultural resources that defines the local identity, towards an international audience.
TECCN is sponsored by the European Program Grundtvig Lifelong Learning Partnership, with the partnership of Heritage Malta, Naussa Environmental Centre (Greece), CultureLab (Belgium), Parco del Delta del Po Emila Romagna (Italy), Venti di Cultura (Coordinator, Italy).
In the Culturnet portal the local resources are collected following the shared guidelines, in order to present the local differences in a commune framework. The collected materials will take also the form of an exhibition, which will be hold in some partner’s seats.
The five founder partners offer the participation to others territories, asking to international cultural institutions to present their territories in the same framework.
The portal is a tool for the enhancement of cultural networks, based on the local institutional cohesion, towards a social network among the partners and the citizens, interested to discover the global multiplicity of the local cultural tourism.
